Description:
The research on security and risk management in a wireless sensor network (WSN) will attempt to tackle the fundamental security problem in WSN and to explore a lightweight, risk-aware security framework for sensor network, which dynamically facilitates secure data/information/knowledge communication and sharing in WSN. The key idea behind this framework is that the notion of risk should be factored into the design of a security solution for WSN to better reflect the dynamic nature of the network as well as optimize the performance.
